Use the postcode checker above the map to check whether you’re eligible to register with us. This should be accurate, but is to be used a guide only. The receptionist will confirm your eligibility when you come to register.
Once these forms have been completed the reception staff will enter your details onto our medical database and make an appointment for a new patient check if required. All new patients will be given a copy of our Practice Leaflet and will be offered the opportunity to be issued with a PIN number that will allow you to register for online services.
This enables you to make and cancel appointments, update your contact details, and order repeat prescriptions on-line.
We endeavour to process registrations immediately to enable a smooth transition from one practice to another. Please note though that it can sometimes take several weeks for records to transfer from your previous GP practice. This means it is very helpful to bring in any copies of old prescriptions or relevant letters if you are needing medications during this period.
