Due to forthcoming retirement, we are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join our team. Hours of work can be flexible we can offer Full time or Part time hours the post will be mainly at our Kensington Site (Edge Lane) and Princes Park. Long term condition management and practice nurse duties is essential.

Salary and Annual leave is in line with Agenda for Change and will be a Band 6 or 7 depending on qualifications and experience.
