An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Training Hub Admin Manager to join our Brownlow family.

The overarching function of the role is to ensure that the training hub is well-positioned to facilitate students’ placements, training programs to new entrants to primary care, improve recruitment and retention and ensure that trainees are well supported throughout their early career.

This is a new position and exciting opportunity for you to develop this role. The post holder will be a highly experienced Practice Nurse/ Long Term Conditions Nurse.

This is a dual clinical and non- patient facing role. In addition to your clinical role you will also lead and manage our team of LTC nurses and will work closely with the Quality Lead, Site managers, recall team and IT team to ensure all our sites are working consistently towards QOF targets and are reached by the desired timescale. Clinically, the focus of the role is the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients with long-term conditions and management and preventative nursing interventions to all patients. As an autonomous practitioner the nurse will be a non-medical prescriber able to demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making relating to Long term conditions.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Performance Lead to join our Brownlow family.

The role has overall responsibility for performance across the practices. They’re are responsible for ensuring performance levels are maintained and targets met .They will be responsible for ensuring we are up to date with CQC requirements, complaints/Learning events and effectively managing all the admin roles across the sites.
